    Online Ordering Process

    Use the website search box to find your part or use the menu links located on our pages.
    This will put you into our product results page where you will see product options. 
    Then click the add button for the part you would like to buy. 
    This will take you to a screen where you can confirm and begin the checkout process
    Provide your billing information and payment preference.
    Then finalize your web order. 
    A receipt of your web order is emailed to you.
    We will also email you when your order is invoiced.

    Fax Orders

    Purchase orders should be placed online instead of being faxed whenever possible. You can specify your purchase order number on your web order and we will reference it on your invoice. If your company has a policy to only fax orders then please use 714-964-8135.

    Email Orders

    Purchase orders Should be placed online instead of emailed whenever possible. We will reference your purchase order number on your invoice. If your company has a policy to only email orders then email the Purchase Order.  Sending an email purchase order with your credit card information is not secure.  AOL IM or web chat programs are also not considered secure.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Delta Peripheral Technologies ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Delta Peripheral Technologies ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and many other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Tracking numbers and information is provided by Delta Peripheral and kept on file.

    If your bill to or ship to address is within California we will charge you 8.75% sales tax unless you have a California resale number.

    Once you have requested and received a reply to your warranty return request is to repair or replace the defective product within the warranty period specified on you order. Once we the product back, we can determine if the product is "defective or non-working" or is still in "good condition". In some cases product returned
    products are reported to be in "bad condition" turns out to be in "good condition" after being retested by Delta Peripheral technicians. Delta Peripheral does not pay the shipping back to us when items are being sent back
    under our warranty.

    If the product is sent back to us under warranty and is found defective by us, we then will repair or replace it. In such cases, in-bound shipping is not refunded.

    If we can not repair or replace the unit/product sent back to us under warranty, when Delta Peripheral has determined that a given product is "defective or non-woring" we will issue a refund to the credit card used to order the product or send a check (restocking fee waived). In such cases, we do not refund the initial shipping costs to you or shipping costs back to us from you.

    If the product, sent back to us under warranty, is deemed in "good working condition" (after being reported as "bad"), by Delta Peripheral, and you do not want the product back then a restock fee may apply.  Products must be returned Within 10 days of an RMA request being approved. If you send a product back under warranty and it is found to be "good" and you don't want the product back for any reason including purchasing the product from another source or simply changed your mind it may be returned back to you if it is outside our restock window or timeframe. In such cases, we do not refund the initial shipping to you or back to us from you.  You will also be subject to a restocking fee.

    A possibility exists that the server materials could include inaccuracies or errors. Additionally, a possibility exists that unauthorized additions, deletions, and alterations could be made by third parties to the server materials. Although Delta Peripheral Technologies tries to ensure the integrity and the accurateness of the server materials, it makes no guarantees about their correctness or accuracy. Before relying on any representation made in any of the server materials, check with the advertiser of the product or service to ensure that the information you are relying upon is correct.

  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Delta Peripheral Technologies reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    You will be required to provide the product serial number located on the unit and typically on the web order or invoice. Products sent back to us without our prior approval may be returned or refused.

    Returns are outlined below:

    You submit a request and then obtain a return authorization number to send the unit back for repair or replacement. Next we email you instructions on where to send the product. Once we receive the returned unit we will repair it or replace it and send it back to you. In such cases Delta Peripheral does not pay for shipping when it is returned to Delta Peripheral.

    Delta Peripheral does not have an advance exchange program or a cross shipping program. Once we receive a "defective" unit back we can then credit your account. If the returned unit is found to in good working condition then our restock policy and fees would apply. If the returned unit is outside our 10 day window to be returned and the time frame of the original warranty has expired, the product may be returned to you.

    If you have received the incorrect model number or part number and you want to return the product Please notify us within 10 calendar days of receiving the product the wrong product (not what you originally ordered). If you do not notify us within the 10 day period we may not be able to take the product back. If it is a new product and a wrong product do not open the box, since it will not be resellable as a new product and we then may not take the product back. If it is the wrong product, please give us the opportunity to take back the unit and replace it with the correct model. Please contact our returns department immediately.

    We will process your return as quickly as we can. It could be one to three days for Delta Peripheral to issue you an RMA number. In some cases we are dependent upon our distributors/suppliers to turn around your warranty claim so we can then issue you a RMA number. We will always do our best to expedite your warranty problems. If your situation is more urgent please contact us by calling 714-964-1464.


    RMA Instruction Summary:
    1. We will then email you a return number. Replies for under warranty, replacement or refund requests may take between 1 to 3 days.
    2. Then ship your unit to the address instructed by our returns department. We have several locations for returns.
    3. Write the return number on the outside of the shipping box or carton.
    4. Please use plenty of packing material and insure your shipment against possible damage with your shipper.
    5. Keep your return number for future reference & for when corresponding with our returns department.

    Please include the original Web Order or Invoice Number. This is not a returns authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product back to us without the proper information. We need this info to verify the warranty, etc.

    Nothing Wrong - for return with restock fee. Unit is within restock period.  Other - please explain.
